About Mandy:

I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated in 2008 from Drexel University in Philadelphia.  I married my wonderful husband on 10/10/10 at Ladder 15 in Philadelphia. I am currently the Social Media Specialist for Campbell Soup Company, where I am responsible for the strategy, development and execution of all social content across Campbell’s many soup & simple meal brands. Any opinions expressed on my blog are my own and not reflective of my employer.

I always want to try new things and I’m usually up for just about any adventure you could imagine. I hope to be able to travel throughout my life so that I always learn about cultures and people outside of myself and my experiences. I consider myself a humanist and support many causes, including organic and local food movements, LGBTQ rights, clean/sustainable energies, nature and natural park preservation, wildlife preservation, and animal welfare.

    Hi Mandy,

I’ve really enjoyed reading your blog posts. Your travel experiences sound so interesting. But I’m wondering what Campbell’s is doing for the “local food movement.” It seems like a big corporation like Campbell’s is not conducive to organic, locally grown food, seeing as they have a humongous annual revenue and relentlessly market to all areas of our country. I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on this.

    Thanks, and keep writing,
    Ben Matusow
